Machine-made candles

Our machine-made production began in the year 2000, with household and ritual candles using the drawing method.

Our production line currently allows manufacturing of candles with diameters from 8 to 35 mm and lengths up to 1 m.

Our extrusion machine expands our production capabilities with a variety of elliptical, rectangular, and spiral models. Our total production capacity for machine-made candles is 6 tons per day.

Handmade candles

We launched a new facility for handmade candles in the year 2004. Our capacity is approximately 50,000 pieces per month.

We currently have about 10,000 molds for more than 200 types of candles. From tapers and freestanding candles to candles in glass, aluminum, metal, and ceramic vessels; from standard pillars to candles shaped like Christmas trees, pine cones, or roses – our team can offer a variety of solutions.

To this day, we maintain the tradition of hand-pouring candles, as we believe this adds uniqueness and soul to each piece.

Natural candles

In recent years, we focused our efforts on developing our own YUCCA brand for household, ritual, and handmade candles produced from 100% natural waxes – soy, rapeseed, olive, and palm.

Natural candles are biodegradable and eco-friendly. They burn without releasing toxic substances. We strive to contribute to environmental protection while ensuring a completely safe environment for the production process.

Waxes

Creating each custom candle begins with choosing the right wax blend. With over 25 years of experience in candle manufacturing and our own R&D unit, we create unique wax formulas that optimize production and enhance the quality of the final product. You can choose from: YUCCA (100% natural blends for premium positioning), TERRAWAX (balanced hybrid formulas of natural waxes and paraffin), or classic paraffin for the more accessible segment.

Wicks

The right wick is the key to the even burning of every candle. We work with premium wicks from Monterosa and Wedo – leading European manufacturers, ensuring the highest quality. For every project, we select the exact wick type based on the wax blend, candle size, and fragrance.

Fragrances and Dyes

We create candles with precise scents and colours, matching exactly your brand’s vision. We have over 70 fragrances from premium suppliers like Düllberg Konzentra and French Color & Fragrances. For specific requests, we work directly with suppliers to find the perfect solution. For colors, we use specialized candle-making dyes from Bekro and can achieve any Pantone shade, ensuring complete alignment with your visual identity.

Quality Testing

Every custom candle undergoes quality control in our in-house laboratory. We conduct thorough burn tests, checks for soot presence, verify fragrance retention throughout the entire burning cycle, and ensure safety during use.

Packaging

Your candles deserve packaging that complements your brand. We offer custom solutions – boxes and cartons designed according to your specifications, produced by trusted partners with high-quality standards. Whatever your choice is, every package is designed to protect the product and represent your brand professionally.
